Freight Shipping
Oversized, heavy, or high-quantity shipments often require delivery by semi-truck. Freight pricing varies based on shipment size, weight, quantity, and delivery location.
Additional delivery services may be available, including:
- Curbside Service: Liftgate lowers items to the ground
- To-the-Door Delivery: Driver brings items to the door (no stairs)
- Unload Myself: Customer unloads within 15 minutes

Returns & Damages
Returns are accepted within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Items must be unopened and unassembled. Return shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee apply. Dropship items are not eligible for return. To request a Return Authorization (RA), email customerservice@theubiquegroup.com.
