Yes. Email customerservice@theubiquegroup.com with your name, shipping address, item number(s), and the color or fabric options you’d like to review. Samples typically arrive in 5–7 business days.

Some items ship Ready to Assemble to help reduce shipping damage. Assembly instructions and hardware are included.

The item typically leaves our warehouse within 24 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day.

Freight Shipping

Oversized, heavy, or high-quantity shipments often require delivery by semi-truck. Freight pricing varies based on shipment size, weight, quantity, and delivery location.

Additional delivery services may be available, including:

  • Curbside Service: Liftgate lowers items to the ground
  • To-the-Door Delivery: Driver brings items to the door (no stairs)
  • Unload Myself: Customer unloads within 15 minutes

Returns & Damages

Returns are accepted within 30 days unless otherwise stated. Items must be unopened and unassembled. Return shipping costs and a 35% restocking fee apply. Dropship items are not eligible for return. To request a Return Authorization (RA), email customerservice@theubiquegroup.com.

Report issues within 10 days of delivery to claims@theubiquegroup.com
and include photos and quantities. If damage is visible at delivery:

  • Do not refuse the shipment
  • Note it on the delivery receipt (“Damaged” or “Shortage”)

The limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

Covered products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for warranty periods that vary by category (typically 1–15 years, depending on the product type).

The warranty does not cover: misuse, abuse, accidents, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, scratches/tears, rust or environmental damage, unauthorized repairs, or natural variations in wood grain/upholstery. Color matching to swatches or dye lots is not guaranteed.
