Advantage Church Chairs: Product Warranty Information

Please read the information below for more detail on our general product warranties.
As always, if you have questions, please call us at (855) 294-0532. Thanks!

Advantage Church Chairs provides the original purchaser a warranty that covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If a product is deemed defective, ACC will at its discretion, repair or replace the component parts. Be advised that this warranty does not apply to damage that results from misuse, abuse, or neglect. ACC will make this determination based upon the information provided by the end user.

Warranties
1. Warranty covers component parts only.
2. Provide photograph of damaged area.
3. If necessary, you will be requested to send a damaged component part or parts to us for further evaluation. This is done at your expense.
4. Upon our evaluation, we will determine if damage is warranted. If warranted, we will provide replacement component parts at our expense. If damage is deemed from other than normal use, you, the customer, will be responsible.

"LIFETIME WARRANTIES"

We feel that a "Lifetime Warranty" is a Marketing Gimmick. First of all what is a lifetime? How is it measured? Make sure that you read the small print from anyone who offers this warranty and remember, everything wears out in time. Isn't it interesting that you can get a lifetime warranty on a $35.00 chair, but you cannot get one on a $70,000.00 vehicle. Again, read the small print.

At Advantage Church Chairs our Church Chairs are produced to minimize the opportunity for failure in the two areas mentioned previously. Our seats and backs are fastened to the frame using T-NUT construction (a nut is imbedded into the plywood base of the seat and back and a matching screw then passes through the frame and is threaded into the nut). Wood screws do not have the long term strength of T-NUTS. All our welds are MIG welds. This process transforms the junction of two pieces of steel into one piece of steel, making it virtually unbreakable. Now and then a "cold weld" (insufficient dwell time creating the weld joint) will occur. A frame with a cold weld will fail, and probably do so within the first 3 months of use.

One other area of consideration is the longevity of the business you choose for your furniture needs. Many people and companies are in and out of business every 1 to 3 years. What happens to your LIFETIME WARRANTY if the company goes out of business? Make sure that you ask that question. Since we have been in in the church chair and church and school furniture business since 1985, we feel confident that we can stand behind the realistic warranties we offer you for the long term.
